?The Primary Suite provides a generously sized retreat - with private access to the pool patio, king size Casper mattress, and a luxe primary ensuite bathroom. An oversized walk-in shower and dual sinks offer the comforts of home.

This backyard is an absolute dream - Offers a screened in lake front pool, sofas, dining table and loungers. Spend your days floating in the cool water as you look out over the lake just beyond. Make sure to catch one of Weston s famous sunsets!

Our house is in Weston`s original neighborhood, which gives a solid feel of culture, tradition and history. Weston is arguably the best-connected city in South Florida and an ideal staging ground from which to to explore the region. Here are the distances to some of the best-loved South Florida attractions:

-Sawgrass Mills shopping center: 15 minutes
-Markham Park (mountain biking, dog park, water sports, kids playground): 10 minutes
-Sheridan/Dania Beach (closest): 30 minutes
-Fort Lauderdale Airport: 25 minutes
-Fort Lauderdale beach: 35 minutes
-Top Miami spots like Wynwood, South Beach, and The Gables at the Grove: 45 minutes
-Boca Raton: 40 minutes
-Miami International Airport: 45 minutes

If you d rather stick closer to home, the city of Weston, is an outdoor enthusiast s nirvana. It features 14 parks, with miles of walking and biking trails and acres of sporting fields. It also boasts more bicycle lanes than any other city in the southeast United States. This is an incredibly family-friendly location.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**
We welcome quiet couples, families, and friends in all our rentals.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
-If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home s maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
