The largest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, twin daybed with a twin trundle, and an ensuite bathroom, making it perfect for families needing a flexible sleeping space. Enjoy the additional sleeping arrangements with one guest bedroom featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and the other offering a cozy queen-sized bed, perfect for families looking for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, ensuring year-round comfort. 

As part of the Continental Country Club, guests can pay to enjoy golfing on the club’s beautifully maintained course, a highlight for any golf enthusiast! 

This home’s prime location offers easy access to Flagstaff’s vibrant downtown, where you’ll find live music, dining, and seasonal festivals. For stays of 7 days or longer, this home is part of the Continental Country Club that offers golf, tennis, pool access, fitness center and the Bear Paw Recreational Center. Country Club amenities are available at an additional cost for stays of 7 days or longer. 

The proximity to family friendly activities will not disappoint! Santa's Workshop is less than 2 miles away and kids will love the nearby Flagstaff Aquatic Center with indoor lazy river and waterslides.

Dogs may be allowed on a case by case basis. All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to confirming reservation. An additional $50 per dog per night pet fee will be charged ($250 per dog per week). Dogs are not to be left unattended in the home unless kennel/crated.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
The A/C is a portable unit in the king bedroom. 

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay. 

Group size must be accurately disclosed in booking or inquiry.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.
