For stays of 7 days or longer, this condo is part of the Continental Country Club that offers golf, tennis, pool access, fitness center and the Bear Paw Recreational Center. Country Club amenities are available at an additional cost for stays of 7 days or longer. 

The proximity to family friendly activities will not disappoint! Santa's Workshop is less than 2 miles away and kids will love the nearby Flagstaff Aquatic Center with indoor lazy river and waterslides.

Dogs may be allowed on a case by case basis. All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to confirming reservation. An additional $50 per dog per night pet fee will be charged ($250 per dog per week). Dogs are not to be left unattended in the home unless kennel/crated.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
The A/C is a portable unit in the king bedroom. 

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay. 

Group size must be accurately disclosed in booking or inquiry.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.
