Additional House Rules:

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please inquire, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 covers $1500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- Maximum of two pets under 35lbs each, $100 per pet fee required.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! The kitchen set includes: dishwashing tablet, dish soap, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes.
- The bathroom set includes: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, hand bar soap, body lotion, and linen spray. We ll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom. Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.

The house was great. The kitchen and living room area were awesome. And the bunk room was so fun. The mini golf was a fun addition. The master bedroom/bath were awesome as well and the other bedrooms were decent too. we were very satisfied and would stay there again.

Beautiful home, very clean and well stocked. House was large and accommodated our family. Location was in a very nice neighborhood. They allowed early check in and checking out was easy and stress free. Only issue we had was with the pool not heating for our stay and we could not use the pool, but they kindly refunded the money we paid in advance for the pool heat. I would stay here again and I recommend this home especially for large groups.

Wow, let me just say that this property was absolutely amazing. Even though I saw the pictures-it just didn t describe how wonderful the place was. Every bed was so comfortable-all the guests were very impressed-sleeping was like sleeping in a cloud. This house had everything you could think of. It turned out to be 9 minutes to our concert. The freeway and shopping was close but not to close. It s wide open and lots of space. Quiet neighborhood

This was my first time renting an Airbnb and dealing with GoodNights. Once we decided on a house the rest was so easy, step by step clear instructions! The house was really spacious perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool, the ping pong pool table was a huge hit also! Overall if we are back in the Scottsdale area we would see if this house was available again.
