Stainless steel equipment and all the necessities are provided in a fully furnished kitchen on the same floor, ensuring gastronomic convenience. Head upstairs to a second living area that serves as an entertainment haven with a pool table and a big-screen TV. This adaptable area also has two Twin Beds in a trundle configuration for additional sleeping possibilities. Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Located on the first floor, the primary bedroom provides an opulent haven complete with a huge walk-in closet, a Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a King bed. The second bedroom has a Smart TV and two cozy Queen beds located on the same floor. On the second level, there is a King bed in the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and Smart TV, and a Queen bed in the fourth bedroom. This floor s fifth bedroom has two Full beds in a bunk bed style. In addition, the first-floor sixth bedroom has a bunk bed setup with four Queen beds. The second-floor living area offers additional sleeping space with its two Twin beds set up in a trundle fashion. A sleeper sofa is in a communal room on the first level for additional flexibility. The first-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. Each and every visitor will have a pleasant and agreeable stay thanks to this well-appointed home. - Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 covers $1,500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- Maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
