Welcome to Sirens Cove, a bright and thoughtfully designed Islamorada vacation rental located in the gated Peaceful Palms oceanfront community. This end-unit Florida Keys villa offers partial ocean views, multiple balconies, two ensuite bedrooms, a second-floor guest room with a nearby full bathroom, and comfortable spaces for groups to gather.

Inside, the home has an easy multi-level layout with room to relax, dine, and enjoy time together after a day on the water. The first-floor game/lounge room adds a fun bonus space, while the balconies provide outdoor areas for dining, lounging, and taking in the views.

From the flexible sleeping layout to the game room, paddleboards, outdoor seating, and shared Peaceful Palms amenities, Sirens Cove is set up for a comfortable and memorable Islamorada stay.

Sirens Cove features two balconies designed for dining, lounging, and enjoying the Florida Keys setting.
The second-level balcony includes a dining table for six and a BBQ grill, creating an easy outdoor space for meals.
The third-floor balcony off the primary bedroom features a seating area, water views, and a high-top bar table with stools.

🚤 OUTDOOR + WATER ACCESS

Sirens Cove is located within the Peaceful Palms oceanfront community, offering access to shared amenities in a private, gated setting.
Guests can enjoy the shared heated pool, oceanfront dock area, and easy access to the water. Two paddleboards are available for guest use.

⚠️ IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Boat Dockage Information:
-Complimentary boat dockage is available, subject to availability. Dockage is limited, and we recommend reserving dockage upon booking. The dock is not in a protected marina and is subject to weather conditions.
-We can accommodate boats up to 24 . Contact us to confirm if the dock can accommodate your boat.
-No trailer storage or boat ramp on-site

*Dockage is provided at no additional charge, on an as-is, unguaranteed basis. Water depth at the dock is affected by tides, seasonal algae growth, and other natural conditions beyond our control. Some guests have been unable to dock their boats due to these conditions, and we cannot guarantee that any particular boat will be able to dock safely at any given time. No refunds or cancellations will be issued due to an inability to dock. Should this occur, we will provide third party solutions, however Newman Hospitality is not liable for any inability to dock, for any damage resulting from attempted docking, or any additional costs of docking elsewhere.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Peaceful Palms is a private, gated residential community. To ensure a great experience for all guests and neighbors, parties and events are not permitted, quiet hours are enforced, and parking is limited to designated spaces. Additional community guidelines will be shared prior to arrival.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

-All guests must sign our rental agreement as required by Florida law.
-Minimum booking age is 25. A valid photo ID is required after booking.
-An accurate guest count must be provided before arrival.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home or on the property.
-No parties or events are permitted. Unauthorized guests on the property may result in additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT
Paddleboards, game/lounge room equipment, pool/ping pong table, and other recreational items are provided for guest enjoyment and are used at the guest s own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The property management company and owners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses related to their use.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide starter supplies including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate the home s maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
Same-day bookings require company approval. Guests must provide information about their group and purpose of stay. If approved, a government-issued ID is required for verification. Your phone number must match the phone number registered on your account, or your reservation cannot be honored.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day bookings require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in, and check-in may be extended later than 4:00 PM.

DOG FRIENDLY
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $295. Dogs must be fully vaccinated, house-trained, kept off furniture, and supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste in the outdoor dumpster. Violations may result in an additional $150 fee. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a dog. Approval required.
