Casita Rosa is also happy to invite your furry family member along for vacation, too! Open the front door and find yourself in a thoughtfully designed, modern and colorful living room. The living area offers a comfortable sofa that folds out into a bed for additional guests. The spacious kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, with a cheery pop of red in the tiled backsplash. There s plenty of cabinet space for all your goodies and counter space to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy those meals and snack together at the round glass-top table for 4.

The separate bedroom is spacious and boasts some whimsical design details that you re sure to love. Take in your favorite TV show or the latest blockbuster movie on the Smart TV and slumber comfortably in a queen size bed. The hall bath features a tub/shower and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided. Just outside the bath is the ultra-convenient washer/dryer stack. But what you ll probably love the most is the large park just across the street from this small complex. Here, you ll find a perfectly manicured greenery and a winding walking trail throughout the park. Features here include a covered pavilion and several exercise stations.

Just a mile away is one of the most celebrated beaches in the US, earning a Trip Advisor Choice Award and a mention as one of the best beach boardwalks in the country by Travel Leisure magazine.

You ll also find yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities.
The Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL) is just 10 minutes away, which is such a relief after a long day of travel.

On your way to check-in, drop by the new Hard Rock, also just 10 minutes from Casita Fuego, for a bite to eat and maybe some star-gazing!

If you d rather just walk everywhere once you arrive, it s easy to do that! Within a 4-block radius, you ll find restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store. Park your car and forget about it!

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire casita, one parking space and the shared gym. There s also a lovely shared courtyard with a stone bench and huge mango tree.

Neighborhood Overview

Best of all, getting there is free! Just hop on the electric shuttle.
For days when you d like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium and an observation tower.

The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion.

For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you!

Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli s on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.

In Hollywood, you ll find yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $100, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Getting Around

A car is always recommended, though Uber and Lyft available. Or hop on the electric shuttle!

Mail

Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Television Subscriptions Policy

Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property s accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Pool:

If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.

Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests convenience.

If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.

If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.

Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
