The Space

APARTMENT 1

Open the front door with a Smart Lock and find yourself in a stylish, modern, and colorful living room. The living area offers a cozy sofa that converts to a single sleep sofa, as well as soothing decor with plenty of welcoming greenery. It s easy to imagine relaxing here with a good book and a glass of your favorite beverage.

The large kitchen is bright and cheerful, with a fun pop of red in the lower cabinets. Features here include full-size stainless steel appliances, with a subway-tiled backsplash. You ll have plenty of cabinets and counter space to store and prepare your meals and snacks. Enjoy them together at the round glass-top table for 4, with plush coordinating red chairs.

The separate bedroom is spacious and boasts some delightful design details sure to make you smile. Take in your favorite TV show or the latest blockbuster movie on the Smart TV and slumber comfortably in a queen-size bed.

The hall bath features a tub/shower and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided. Just outside the bath is the convenient stack washer/dryer.

APARTMENT 2

The deluxe ultra-modern kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a tiled backsplash and an abundance of cupboard space for all your goodies. There s also plenty of food prep area for the family chef to create everyone s favorite meals and snacks.

Enjoy them all together at the sleek, eat-in dining table for four.

All 3 bedrooms offer Smart TVs, as well as brand new, premium quality mattresses and convenient closets. The master bedroom offers a queen, with an ensuite bath. Here, you ll enjoy an oversized walk-in shower and access to the stack washer/dryer.

The second bedroom has a king bed with dual nightstands and a writing desk, the perfect spot for a few moments alone with a good book or mobile device. The last bedroom has a double bed and dual nightstands. Both of these bedrooms also have double closets and share the hall bath with a tub/shower.

APARTMENT 4

The living area offers a cozy sofa that converts to a single sleep sofa, as well as tranquil, welcoming decor. It s easy to see yourself relaxing here with a good book or your mobile device and a cold glass of your favorite beverage.

The first bedroom is clean and fresh, with a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV outfitted with Sling streaming service. The second bedroom offers a double bed, with two nightstands and lamps and a double closet. The spacious bath features a tub/shower with a rain showerhead and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided. The stack washer/dryer is also found here.

APARTMENT 6

The living room offers plank floors and seating for 4-5, with a sofa and occasional chairs. You ll love the modern, welcoming vibe in this relaxing space.

The family chef will be very pleased with this updated and fully equipped kitchen! Enjoy the stainless steel appliances and quartz counters as you whip up the family s favorite meals and snacks. As a separate space, the kitchen can be solely the chef s domain. But everyone better come running when dinner s ready - and you can dine together at the table for 4 in the formal dining space. Romance is in the air in the master bedroom, with its king size canopy bed. Additional features here include lovely abstract art, a generous closet and flat-screen TV for your late-night binge-watching. The en-suite bath offers a modern vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is perfect for another couple or two small children with a double bed, tall dresser, and flat-screen TV. The guest bath has a pedestal sink and a tub/shower.

STUDIO APARTMENT 7

This 350 sq ft studio property offers a queen-size bed, small table and two stools and a kitchenette with full-size stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of counter space to prepare a snack or a simple meal. The bath features a large vanity and a corner walk-in shower.

At 2.5 miles long, it is a paved brick promenade, full of shops, eateries and oceanfront views of the mesmerizing blue of the Atlantic Ocean and its sandy shores.

Moms and dads will be happy to know that, according to floridashollywood, Hollywood Beach is among the first in Florida to be designated Blue Wave Beaches, a distinction that places them among the nations cleanest, safest and most user-friendly beaches.

Best of all, getting there is free! Just hop on the electric shuttle.

For days when you d like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium and an observation tower.

The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion.

For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you!

Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli s on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.

In Hollywood, you ll yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $100 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
