Enjoy ocean + canal views from this stunning home base from which to explore all Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Located in The Tiffany House, just 1 block from iconic beaches and features a myriad of luxury amenities. Enjoy the rooftop pool and lounge, shared summer kitchen, fitness center, by-reservation private theater room, stunning views of the harbor and Intracoastal Waterway, sun decks, and easy walking distance to restaurants and other attractions.

Sleek and modern, the living room offers a pristine white leather sofa with built-chaise and coordinating side chair. A large flat-screen TV offers hours of entertainment and high-speed WiFi makes streaming all your favorite shows and movies a breeze.

The centerpiece of this space are the stunning water views from the sliding glass door and your private patio.

A dining peninsula comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The contemporary dining table for 4 may be the best seat in the house, with its birds eye water view.

The den serves many purposes. If there is work to conduct, a computer desk makes that a simple task. And if additional guests visit, a sleep sofa can accommodate two.
Vacation time is no time to do laundry, but you can if you wish with the washer + dryer added for your convenience.

-We are happy to welcome your furry companion to our home! This property is pet-friendly; however, we allow only one small, well-behaved dog during your stay.
-This building has a $35/night valet parking fee. If your stay is 29 nights or more, the fee is waived.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home s maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Television Subscriptions Policy

Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property s accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses.

Baby Bundle :
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make this request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.
