The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and features modern appliances, counter seating with three stools, and an easy flow into the dining and living areas.

The open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating an easy space to cook, dine, and unwind. The living room features water views, balcony access, and a large TV, while an additional seating nook with a couch and TV gives guests another comfortable place to relax.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

-All guests must sign our rental agreement as required by Florida law.

-Minimum booking age is 25. A valid photo ID is required after booking.

-An accurate guest count must be provided before arrival.

-Pets must be approved in advance.

-No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the residence, on the balcony, or in building common areas.

-No parties or events are permitted. Unauthorized guests on the property may result in additional fees and/or immediate eviction.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

-Guests must follow all building rules and respect neighboring residences and shared spaces.

PET POLICY
This property is dog-friendly for dogs under 20 lbs. A $150 fee applies per pet, for stays less than 30 days. Dogs must be fully vaccinated, house-trained, kept off furniture, and supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste in the outdoor trash bin. Violations may result in an additional $100 fee. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a dog.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide starter supplies including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate the home s maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
Same-day bookings require company approval. Guests must provide information about their group and purpose of stay. If approved, a government-issued ID is required for verification. Your phone number must match the phone number registered on your account, or your reservation cannot be honored.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day bookings require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in, and check-in may be extended later than 4:00 PM.
