The Space

Apartment 1:

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The brown kitchen cabinetry adds a touch of warmth to the space, making it a delightful place to whip up a home-cooked meal.

The Neighborhood

Spacious studio apartment complex located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. This central location is near everything you ll want to see when visiting Fort Lauderdale--the beach, bars, dining, shopping, and art!

Las Olas is only a ten-minute drive away. Find unique architecture, exclusive boutiques, eclectic restaurants and bars, and just about everything else on Las Olas Boulevard (Spanish for the waves )! Take East Las Olas Boulevard down for just under 5 miles to reach the beach! One of the biggest draws of Ft. Lauderdale is, of course, it s stunning beaches. Little compares to the sugar-sand and the shade of blue in the south Florida Atlantic ocean. Two of the perennial favorites beaches here are the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park and Las Olas Beach. Both offer easy access to not just beach amenities, but also food and drink from the nearby restaurants.

If you re seeking adventure, you will love all of the water sports offered on the beach. From renting surf boards to kayaks, there is something for everyone (of any age!) Along the beach, you ll find several opportunities to rent jet skis, snorkel equipment, etc. Tuff Gong Reggae Boat Tours is one of the many highly-rated tour agencies in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

As for dining, Las Olas Boulevard has a never-ending selection of great restaurants with eclectic menus. Louie Bossi s offers excellent Italian food and a beautiful, immersive atmosphere to enjoy with a big group or a date night! Looking for superior seafood with an upscale ambiance? Eddie V. Prime Seafood on Las Olas Blvd is the place to go. For a delicious breakfast with a Mexican twist, head over to Tinta on N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd.

Try a cuisine a little off the beaten path. The Cafe Seville on E. Oakland Park Blvd is a family-owned delicious Spanish restaurant.

As for bars and nightlife, Capone s Nightclub is a great spot for deals on drinks and music all night long. Check out Booze Garden for turf-floor and arcade-style games.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $75 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Television Subscriptions Policy

Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property s accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
