You'll find the perfect vacation rental at this Flagstaff home, complete with all the indoor and outdoor amenities for a wonderful stay! Our retreat offers modern furnishings and central A/C, with a pristine yet cozy atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing after your Flagstaff mountain adventures!  

This home away from home is located in the mountains of Flagstaff. Our comfortable two story home is conveniently located in Continental Country Club in East Flagstaff and has all the amenities you expect. Our Burning Tree Retreat boasts just over 3,000 sq ft with 2 outdoor fire pits, outdoor games like corn hole and bocce ball, a large office with built in desk, and a stunning gas fireplace! You'll find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground level of the home and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom on the second level. 

The expansive windows on the primary level will take your breath away! Bask in the afternoon light filtering into the home while relaxing after your adventures! You'll love the central location of this home! Downtown Flagstaff is less than 5 miles away and only 1 mile from The Oakmont Restaurant and the 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, they feel like they're practically in your backyard!

For stays of 7 days or longer, this condo is part of the Continental Country Club that offers golf, tennis, pool access, fitness center and the Bear Paw Recreational Center. Country Club amenities are available at an additional cost for stays of 7 days or longer. 

The proximity to family friendly activities will not disappoint! Santa's Workshop is less than 2 miles away and kids will love the nearby Flagstaff Aquatic Center with indoor lazy river and waterslides.

Dogs may be allowed on a case by case basis. All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to confirming reservation. An additional $50 per dog per night pet fee will be charged ($250 per dog per week). Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding and not to be left unattended in the home unless kennel/crated. 

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip!

Group size must be accurately disclosed in booking or inquiry.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Exterior cameras are present at this home. They are set-up to record both audio and visual and triggered by motion. These cameras are not actively monitored and are used for asset protection. There are 3 exterior cameras. The cameras cover the entire driveway, right corner of the backyard, and the right corner of the porch area where a firepit is located.
