Please note that the home has a very steep driveway, which is not usable in snowy conditions, but a parking spot is available at the top of the driveway.

Please note that the driveway to our home is very steep and will not be usable during snowy conditions. Guests will need to park at the top of the driveway, just off the street, where a dedicated parking spot is available. We recommend vehicles equipped for winter driving to ensure safe and convenient access.

The fireplace is non-functional

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Exterior cameras are present at this home. They are set-up to record both audio and visual and triggered by motion. These cameras are not actively monitored and are used for asset protection. There are 3 exterior cameras. 1. is to the left of the main entrance and covers the front yard. 2. Is mounted on the home facing, and covering, the driveway. 3. Mounted on the roof of the home covering the backyard and the street.
