Welcome to your home away from home! This premium family-friendly 4-bed, 4-bath getaway is located in beautiful Encinitas, CA. This home comfortably sleeps 9 so you, your family, and friends can make memories to last a lifetime. Located west of the I-5 and just minutes from Del Mar Race Track, LEGOLAND, Moonlight Beach, SeaWorld, Gas Lamp district, and world-class surfing. You can take a stroll to nearby restaurants in downtown Encinitas. Wifi is fast, coffee is provided, and Netflix is on us :)

House Rules:
No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 9 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.

Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
