Take a rest from your travels in the comfortable sectional and catch up with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The open-concept living area, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen, will be your group s spacious yet private haven.

Kitchen Dining Area: The kitchen and dining area will be the starting line for group fun. With a big dining table for 6 and a kitchen island bar seating for 4, the dining area is a place where friends and family can come together to share meals and stories. The backyard is also accessible from here, so some can choose to enjoy the outdoors while others can stay in and enjoy the views from the cool indoors. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all your basic cooking essentials. Whether it is a family recipe or take-out from local eateries, everyone can come together for a hearty time.

Bedrooms: The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, closet space, access to the backyard, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom everything for a comfortable and private rest. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed with closet space. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed with closet space. The three rooms are just a few steps away from each other, ensuring that friends and family stay together for the best night s sleep.

Parking:
Convenience is key; you ll have room for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway.

Entertainment: The garage-converted game room is the star of the show. At the center of the room is a multi-functioning game table that can transform from a ping pong table to an air hockey table to a pool table, so take your pick! There is also an array of board games to choose from, and the backyard accessible from the game room is a cozy nook complete with outdoor seating and a life-size game of Connect 4. Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat is $150/night and is only available for the full duration of your stay. We require at least 5 days notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay.

Additional House Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please inquire, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $75 covers $1000 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- Maximum of two pets under 35lbs each, $100 per pet fee required.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! The kitchen set includes a dishwashing tablet, dish soap, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes.
- The bathroom set includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, hand bar soap, body lotion, and linen spray. We ll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom. Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested, as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest s own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
